PUERTO VALLARTA 2024 SCHEDULE
Welcome to the Ultimate Content Retreat! This page will provide you with the Puerto Vallarta Daily Schedule. All events are optional for our guests but participation is highly encouraged. Breakfast is served daily on all 3 resorts from 6am to 10am. Lunch is served daily on all 3 resorts from 12-3pm. Dinner is served daily from 6pm to 9pm (some restaurants require reservations before hand) *Please note: Scheduling subject to change at anytime.
ARRIVAL DAY - WEDNESDAY, SEPT 18
All Day Guests will arrive at airport, shuttle or taxi to the resort, and check-in (click here for details). Please use this time to become with familiar with resort and settle in. Shooting is optional for those who have made arrangements in advance.
8:30pm - 10:30pm Official Orientation Hacienda main pool. Everyone proceed to the at Main pool for orientation. At 8pm we will go over the details of the event.
10pm -1am Meet and Greet Soirée at Hacienda Rooftop. All guests Models, Photographers, sponsors, staff and guests welcomed at courtyard for drinks and music. This is a perfect time to begin to meet and schedule some shoots
DAY 2 - THURSDAY, SEPT 19
6am - 6pm Morning and Afternoon Open Photo Shoots (Sunrise is at 6:02am – Sunset 6:14pm)
9am -12 Noon Caritas Children’s Hospital Charity (Please bring donations)
2pm - 6pm Afternoon Pool Party Main Pool Deck (Hacienda)
5pm Sunset Shoot Meet Up at beach (Krystal Grand Beach)
10pm Reggae Night at the Hacienda Rooftop (Wear your best red, yellow, green, and black outfit! The smaller the better because its hot outside. Keep it tropical friendly
DAY 3 - FRIDAY, SEPT 20
6am – 6pm Morning and Afternoon open Photo Shoots (Sunrise is at 6:02am – Sunset 6:14pm)
12pm to 6pm Excursion to POLO CLUB HORSE RANCH Cost is $40
2pm - 5pm Afternoon Pool Party Main pool deck Hacienda
5pm Sunset shoot Meet Up at beach (Krystal Grand Beach)
10pm Costume Party . Wear your best costume, remember to keep it Tropical friendly because its hot. HACIENDA Rooftop (open to all)
DAY 4 - saturday, SEPT 21
6am – 6pm Morning and Afternoon open Photo Shoots (Sunrise is at 6:02am – Sunset 6:14pm)
11:30am - 8pm Extreme buggy beach club ($125, includes transportation and admission, 30min drive, 30min boat ride cost $125 ( this is the group favorite location and shoot destination includes a set menu and drinks and transportation.

10pm Lingerie Party Hacienda Rooftop. Tips: Wear your hottest sexiest or smallest lingerie outfits (remember it's hot outside)
DAY 5 - SUNDAY SEPT 22
6am – 6pm Morning and Afternoon Photo Shoots (Sunrise is at 6:02am – Sunset 6:14pm)
3pm - 7pm Catamaran Party and Excursion to the Caves $150 per person. Includes drinks, snacks, music, stop at caves, swimming and shoots are optional. Meet at Lobby at 2:30pm. 10 min walk to boat dock.
10:00pm – 1am Electric Jungle Party - Hacienda Rooftop Wear your best Amazon or jungle themed outfit.
DAY 6 - MONDAY, SEPT 23
6am – 6pm Morning and Afternoon Photo Shoots (Sunrise is at 6:02am – Sunset 6:14pm)
2pm - 6pm Afternoon Pool Party Sunset Pool DJ , food and drinks Main Pool Hacienda
10:00pm- 1am All-white Closing Party (Main Pool Deck) Models where white or white bikinis, gentlemen wear all white.
DEPARTURE DAY - TUESDAY, SEPT 24
All Day Hotel check-out, 4hrs prior to your flight departure. Shuttles should be organized upon arrival with holiday tours, $50 round-trip with your travel/flight details provided. The resort will notify you with your shuttle pick-up time. Click for Puerto Vallarta Challenge 411
